1) Someone must be available to take delivery on the date requested. We take no responsibility for consignements that could not be delivered because no one was at home when the driver called. Delivery can be between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. on the nominated day.
2) All weights are approximate.
3) Whole lobster and crab weights are live weights before cooking.
4) We may supply several smaller crabs or lobster to make up the weight required.
5) If we cannot deliver on the required day, we will make every effort to contact you.
6) All items are subject toavailability. Prices of crab & lobster may vary. We will inform you of any increases in the stated price that may rule on the day of despatch.
7) Defective or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
