A printmakers print is a handmade, individual work of art which
forms part of a limited edition - each print has slight variations
and is signed and numbered by the artist. Many artists enjoy the
discipline of printmaking, both for the technical demands it poses
and also, for those without a press of their own, the opportunity
of working alongside other artists at a printmaking studio.
