a printmaking exhibition

The Great Atlantic is delighted to present a new collection of printmaking from three highly individual and gifted artists. Printmaking involves highly specialised processes and has played an important role in the working practise of many artists for years.

Anthony Frost is primarily known for his vivid abstract paintings and is a highly regarded member of the artistic community of West Cornwall. Included in this selection of work are Anthony’s vibrant and energetic screenprints and new original one-off monoprints with hand tinting.

Recent Falmouth College of Arts graduate Anja Percival, specialises in printmaking and is gaining a reputation of excellence for her sensitive and atmospheric large scale etchings. She has already had a successful solo exhibition in London and the work is achieving much acclaim.

Bren Unwin is a regular exhibitor at The Great Atlantic and her work encompasses a wide variety of media. Bren’s work illustrates her grasp and understanding of the many specialised techniques involved with printmaking processes and the resulting haunting and compelling images are being widely collected.
