Station Light I Mary Storks work is in demand from top selling galleries in London and elsewhere in the UK and features in private homes, colleges, and corporate buildings around the world. She studied at the West of England College of Art from 1955, where, in her own words, she received a thorough classical training in drawing, colour and sculpture, which remains apparent in my current work. She then studied at the Slade, benefiting from the tuition of the many artists of international repute on the staff. From London, Mary moved to West Penwith in Cornwall, living and working amongst the thriving colony of established artists. Mary has had an interest in sculpture for many years and her work has always had a sculptural feel to it, therefore, it is unsurprising that she has recently begun to work in three dimensions, producing striking sculptures in fabricated stainless steel limited editions.

Huntress
Odalisque Krista Taylor Painting mainly in oils, Krista Taylors work is at once bold and personal, abstract and figurative. Her inspiration rises from personal observations of and reflections on, the natural world, current affairs and the subtle rhythms and structures of life and relationships. Kristas interests vary: there is a combination of figurative, landscape and abstract pieces, where the focus shifts from the narrative in the figurative work, through observations of her inspiring natural surroundings in Cornwall, to an exploration of form, texture and colour in the abstract. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Designers and has recently downsized her long-standing design business to pursue her passion for painting and commit to the growing demand for her work. She is predominantly self-taught and has lived in Cornwall since 1984 when she moved from Lancashire to complete her foundation studies at Falmouth College of Arts.
