Mark Spray was born in Derbyshire and moved to West Cornwall in 2000. He was a student at Manchester Metropolitan University (1992-95) and Goldsmiths College, London (1998-99). He is now a dedicated artist living and working in the St. Just area.

“Moorland”; the moors have perhaps been most eloquently described as “a stage for the performance of heaven” where “any audience is incidental” (Ted Hughes)
