The Great Atlantic Church Street Gallery in the centre of the ancient town of Monmouth, Wales opened on Good Friday 2004. The inaugural show featured “The Best from the West”, a collection of work from some of the great Cornish artists who have exhibited at our sister galleries in Cornwall (Falmouth and St Just in Penwith).

This town centre gallery is open from 10.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday throughout the year except for Bank Holidays.

The Gallery specializes in paintings, sculpture, ceramics and hand-crafted jewellery by regional artists and in printed works, especially by 20th century masters like John Piper and Eric Gill.
