Mark Spray
Prometheus, Dartmoor Tors, Weathering

In September 2009 Mark Spray launched his major project, three years in the making, which he called “Prometheus, Weathering, Dartmoor Tors”. Since then the work has been shown in Falmouth, St Just, Barnes (London) and Shrewsbury and from Thursday 29th April at The Art Haus, Plymouth College.

He is now adding work to the collection, replacing items that have sold and broadening the scope of the project with more drawings, pencil sketches and, most recently, drypoint monotype etchings. CLICK HERE to see the new work.

A book featuring Mark Spray’s “Weathering” collection will be available from the opening of the exhibition in Falmouth.

The 28 page publication features the paintings and drawings, along with an artist’s statement and background information. There will be just 400 copies of the book, each signed & numbered by Mark Spray.

Paintings may be collected by arrangement or we can arrange delivery from as little as £20 depending on size and distance. Money back if not entirely satisfied (provided we are informed within 3 days of your work being collected/delivered).
