Maggie Banks painted in the south of France for several years before moving back to England. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in fine art from Hatfield University and a post graduate diploma in professional printmaking. Maggie lives and works in Hereford but is a frequent and regular visitor to Cape Cornwall. Her personal “take” on the Cape is as fresh as it is revealing - most artists look out to or out from the landmark, Maggie often looks back towards to St Just. Her semi-abstract compositions with loose brush strokes and vibrant colours would brighten any room and are a delight to the eye.
